I am Jagan existing customer with this number +91 9949134851 from last 15+year’s. My airtel is damaged few days back so I taken a replacement from nearest airtel store they told me that the new sim will be activated with in 4hours but now 24hours completed till now it’s not activated. So I went to the store and asked them what happen can you please explain me the problem they are telling that my name is mistake in your old records.
Actual name and as per the Aadhar : Katta Jagan Mohan Swamy
But in ur old records it’s showing kattasagan Mohan Swamy
So because of this reason my sim is not activated. Kindly do the needful help for me sir.
