Dear Sir,
I’m currently holding Airtel sim (9790933277) and (9677176012) for the past more than 5 yrs and currently living in Dubai for past 1.5 yrs. But the problem now am facing is,its keep on asking to recharge every month to keep the sim active, But when I try to recharge with amounts like 20,10 etc, balance are loading but the activation is still not happening.
So kindly advice me on what exactly the pack we need to put to keep the sim alive, since we need our Indian number to be on active so that we will receive otps and other important messages.
please reply ASAP since the deactivation can happen anytime to these numbers.
