It is a very very very pathetic service, as I already made a complaint twicely & the SVC team closed the complaint without resolve issue, I spoke to technician 2 time but he said after 6 he is not visit & I already informed to executive after 6 I am available at home also I informed in a office I am not pick up any call so , I provide alternate no to executive but technician call again & again for my mobile.Yesterday I spoke to supervisor mr Vinod he committed to me he will arrange technician on Sunday,14/07/2019, before 12 but again technician call my mobile and said he is not ready visit after 6 pm. I am not happy with service this s very poor service, SVC team not give any proper update they give wrong update, this is very mental torcher
