Text of Complaint by Sahal Vora:

I am writing this mail on behalf of my father as D2H connection (221181939) is registered to his name (Salim Vahora) and contact number (+919228589393). Since the last 3 months we are facing trouble accessing D2H service which often gets interrupted by no signal error day and night. We have many times ignored this error and had faith in your service that you might come up with a fix. We, at least, registered a complaint on your customer care number and we had been charged Rs.200 for your service but the error is not resolved. Even on a shiny day D2H shows an error of no signal. We have cut down obstructing tree branches on our terrace. We still get errors so we have decided to opt out from D2H cable service as it is not worth our effort, time and money which is very disappointing. We have already recharged for this month but it is going in vain. We have converted our TV into a PC for our kids as they are used to see your toons channel No.500 & 502.  We show our gratitude for your service but we cannot take this anymore from now on. Hope you will improve your cabe service and get us back to you again.
