Shraddha Extension Retail Limited Miyapur Outlet – We purchased 4 Spray Paints from the store on 8/8/22 . Usef the paint on few of our belongings- Car rear trunk, tail lamps, side panel, tyre and also on wrist watch. Immediately after initial application, we identified that the paint starting peeling off in an ugly manner and the smell was very irritating in the place. Also the skin started getting itching and rashes. We then observed that the paints were expired and the expiry date was 2 years before . 9/8/22 we went to escalate this issue to the management and found that 90 percent of the stock of paints they had were expired products. The staff forced us to return two paints and gave credit note for that and promised that all that paints will be disposed off inmediately. One of the manager of the store spoke to us over thr phone and cheated us with false information that the paints dosent have an expiry and they can be used even if they are 5 years old. But as the expiry date and tine period was mentioned on the cans, we did not purchase the products. To our surprise wr visited the store on 11/8/22 and found that the same stock was still there and up for sale. We even purchased the same product from the outlet ( my cousin went to the billing counter as they will recognise me ). This made us realise that the management of Shraddha Extn. is intentionally selling the expired products. Due to the usage of Toxic expired products on our belongings, they got damaged and even we experienced health issues which included nausea and skin rashes etc. We escalauted tue issue to the management and requested to fulfill the loss that we encountered and the response was NO . and when we communicated that we will take help of Consumer forum, they threatened us to file police case on us by stating that we are harassing them. please help us in getting justice
