I have taken a loan from a mobile app fews months back I have paid previous loan and it showing paid in application as well and their team is told that your loan is paid but there is a overdue of 3₹ showing and that affected all my credit score like cibil ,equifax ,highmark negatively, even I am not able to how to find lender and where to pay money and how to remove this overdue from my accounts
