My cibil report shows a personal loan on 60000 on my name from IDFC First bank which I never took. On contacting the bank customer care, they informed me that this was actually flipkart paylater. I have paid all my dues for the paylater and there is no outstanding amount. Still my cibil report shows as amount overdue because of which my cibil score is very less. Taking loans on the name of customers without informing them is cheating them.
