Our show was scheduled for today at 10:55 pm qt Suburbia theatre in Bandra west. We paid 200 rs extra convenience fee for booking and after traveling so much & reaching at the theatre location we got to know that the show was delayed by half hour. On that both the lifts weren’t working & we had to climb 3 floors with old age people & a pregnant lady. It was very disappointing & worst experience.
There was no support & it was a hopeless situation. We want complete refund of all tickets with convenience fee as this is completely illegal to change timings without informing
