I have oredred 10 packets of “Gujarati Dal Rice 45 gm – Basmati Rice Mixed with Sweet and Tangy Gujarati Dal – Ready to eat Xpress Meal Pack and 1 box was delivered to my resident address. After opening of box, I was surprise to see only 1 packet of meal pack instead of 10 packet for which order was made and pay.ent done.
I made a complaint in customer care and they promused me to make enquury and will give their reply after 5 days. Again to my surpruse, when I called to customer care for pending complaint, Mr. Sagar from enquiry team at Amazon told me that all 10 packets were delivered. I told him that box which I got was too small to accomodate 10 packets. He told me to send photographs in complaint form. I am enclosing photos of box and one packet of ready mix in the attachment.
