I have been raising so many complaints for the past 32 days,from but no response from Jiomart whatsoever. Every 2nd day I get a new complaint number and assurance of call back and refund in 48 hours.
I had ordered for Madam Rice Atta Flour 500gms via the Jio mart app on the 31st August and received a delivery by 2nd September for all the other items in the order except the rice atta.
A total payment of Rs 742.35/- is deducted from my credit card account for the same which includes the cost of the rice flour Rs. 29.75/- in the total.
I registered a complaint with the call centre executives but received no updates yet.
