Recently we placed order for 9 Nos of plastic storage baskets and got only 1 No delivered AWB277835680268 and we paid for 9 Nos.
How can companies like Amazon do this kind of business ???
The package when delivered has no packing list, no delivery documents and invoice to check what is ordered and what is delivered.
This would tantamount to a fraud. It’s not a small item to miss how your seller is sending 1 No as against 9 Nos. Anything you ask they say online customer care and complaints.
For business users It is difficult to accept anything delivered other locations without any documents and verify the correctness of order.
Need permanent solution to this problem.
