I booked Redmi note 7 Pro on 03/04/2019 and did payment by phonepe. After payment I get the order I’d 18554517 and then I called the customer care. They told me that after 48 hours your dispatched number will be sent to your registered number. …After waiting 48 hours I didn’t receive the consignment number of courier and they tell me that again wait for 48 hours. After I called them again they tell that your order has been sent to your nearest courier service without giving any tracking ID. Many times I have called the customer care but they didn’t give any satisfying answer. Also out of reach always. They are telling that the number is now switched off (18001021476).And from now the original site of shopupi.in has been deleted and also not shown in google site. Please help sir.
