I placed an order on 23 sept on rivaba shopping site from their kurti and plazo set section based on Cash on delivery service and I received the order on 2 October based on Ekart service. I received a call from this no. 9055502200 to receive the order and paid ₹779 after receiving I found a very cheap wrong product and the delivery boy refused to take it back and didn’t gave my money back..
I had mailed them many times to refund as they mentioned about the refund policy but didn’t got any response (their email : order. rivaba@gmail.com)

Plz help me out to refund and ban these sites . ??
