I ordered a shoe organiser from shoppers zone.(https://shoppperszone.co.in). They delivered an entirely different and wrong product and when i tried to refund it through the email id provided by them, i found that there is no such email id and it’s completely bogus. They have mentioned a 7 day return policy but there is neither any way to return the wrong product nor any way to reach the company representative. Also on further research I found out that they are frequently doing this type of scam and there are numerous consumer cases registered against them but all in vain. They are continuously scamming people by listing superficial products on their website and sending cheap useless products in turn and no action has been taken against the company yet.
