I ordered a Zeblaze THOR S smart watch on shoppersmate.in website on 28/10/2020 worth RS 1687 as advertised on their website. I received the watch on 31/10/2020. The product which I received is totally fake. The company does not have any active customer service so I cannot return the product as well. Shoppersmate has cheated me by sending a duplicate smartwatch which doesn’t have any company name or brochure.
