Text of Complaint by Varij Khandal:

Respected Representative,

This mail is to inform that I faced a serious issues with the Jio Mart policy through which I have to suffer even if the mistake is done with their end also. Here’s the brief of the whole scenario, the last order which I had placed on the JioMart app was missing 2 items when I got the products delivered, and even in the Invoice there was a “C” written next to the items that was not delivered. I thought “C” means they will credit the same amount to my source account. I waited for a week, but when I realised that there is no refund till date, I called to the customer care and Explain the whole situtation that the item was missing and even I didn’t get any refund too. The customer care executive person told me that we can’t do anything related to this because the window is closed now. You have to lodge a complain within a week after that we will not refund any amount in any case.

Now my question is
1. Its Jio mart mistake that they took the order from my end and also took my money for same but the item was missing.
2. In invoice bill there is written “C” next to the item which was not delivered. What is the meaning of “C” how could I know? I thought “C” means AutoCredit (thats means they will automatically credit my account with the same amount).
3. They took my money and making some non-sense policy that, If I can’t raised the complain within a week then they don’t refund my money. They are fooling the their user end.
4. If there is any accident or death will happen will happen to the user end and they are not able to raise the complain then they will not refund their money after that. Is this a right policy?
5. If I paid the full amount to this ecommerce company and they are not able to send the item, then why don’t they are not paying penalty to the customer because they took their TIME and MONEY too. How could they make non-sense policy with our money.

My main motive to raise the concern are I want my refund i.e Rs 227, the item which I didn’t received and they should change this 7 days policy because they can’t tell us that within 7days we can refund after that we can’t do anything. Because of this policy, JIO-Mart is making looting their customer.

    I am writing this in regards to the below order details:
    Order No. : 16890488810042711A

    Product Name: Lifelong Infinia 500W 3 Jars Mixer Grinder, Grey

    Price: ₹1,199.00

    Problem: Received damage product with low product quality.

    Solution: Initiated Return request due problem with the product. Jio Mart representative rejected the return request.
    I urge you to consider this issue on highest priority as a customer I am unsatisfied with the delivered product and hence initiated return request.

  2. Hi I don’t yet recieved some products from jio mart every time i jad this issue order no.16925479040222975A-01 missed methi leaves 3 qty of rs 18 and order no.16925482070224166A-01 missed spinach rs 5 how can get refund back
