I ordered a product from ShopClues many day ago.today I received a call and whatsapp from one person hes told from ShopClues that “Dear customer You are order a product from Shopclues company. Your name to open the luky draw Mahindra Xuv 500 cost RS=12,80,000 The charge of your REGISTRATION Service payment Rs 12800. This is valid for one day.after see this I think it is a fraud.
and some time later he call me and I receive the call.he say I am a customer service man of ShopClues and you won the price,please claim this after send rs 12800 at our company bank account.
how they receive order information from ShopClues.they are employee of ShopClues and BlueDart.ultimately I have a advice for ShopClues that please give more privacy security to your customer and donot share order information etc anyone..love for ShopClues??
