A product was ordered from Myntra an Allen dolly peach Loafers. The size was big so an exchange was requested the same day the product was received.
The myntra executive who came for exchange refused to accept saying the product did not match the picture.
After this I have uploaded the picture of the loafers several times with all the tags, packaging and barcode intact.
But they refuse to exchange the item saying their internal enquiry claims the product rejected.
I had spoken to their manager Gaurav, Saroj who all agreed the shoes matched the picture but still their team rejected the claim so they cannot do anything.
