I received my order from 5th nov,2023 at 2pm. The order was gifted to my brother at 8pm, then my brother opened my order, we could see there were only a lot of papers in the box, there were no shoes in the box and the box was also damaged. I am very disappointed with myntra, The problem is that the order was received but the box was empty. All this mess happened from behind. I think they are satisfied with their outcome but i am not. There is a small hole in it. Or I also told the senior executive at customer care. Already many complaints have already been filed. But no solution provide by myntra. Please solve my problem because i think i lost my money. Order id:- 125082223718937223403 My cousin was out of delhi that’s why this unboxing video could not be found. He reached home and gave me a video. This is the only proof unboxing video. The company is frauding me please give me a refund. It’s been almost 32 days but my amount has not been refunded yet and no solution provided my myntra. I have unboxing video this is the real proof. Also i gave unboxing video to myntra.
