I ordered Puma RSx shoes worth Rs.1600 from a bussiness account on whatsapp named Shoes Shoppers whose mobile No. Is 9909719518. He provided Me COD so i trusted him and ordered the shoes. He sent the wrong pair of cheap local shoes and when i contacted him he apologized and said that he will get it exchanged. It’s been days and he doesn’t replies to my texts nor pick up the call.
