My dad ordered product after seeing image in online ad. The product delivered by company was not some third class torch/battery and not the one in image. Later when we tried to return and refund, the process could not be completed as website doesnt recognise our order. This is fraud website there are several compliants against them of similar nature. Government should do investigation and find the required person and put him in prison. Their website also has hidden identity.
