I ordered a Vice City shirt for my best friend for his birthday from https://miaymiii.myshopify.com/
However it was a size small and so we raised the return request the same day as delivery (30th Sept). There was no update from them and so I called them on 4th Oct. That is when they told me that it takes 2 days to generate pickup ID and 4 days to pickup
Post that there was no update from them. I called them again on 8th October and they said backend team said they can’t pickup so I can keep the shirt “as a gesture of goodwill” and they will refund half the money. I asked for a full return and they said the same thing – 2 days for tracking id and 4 days for pickup
I feel like this is some sort of scam going on
