Respected sir madam,
I had ordered a water spray gun from oxygn.co.in website via supplier https://app.shipstreak.com/returns/orders
However, The product shown in Instagram add was different from what is delivered.
When I tried to return the product the website is not ready to accept the product.

Date delivered – 09/01/2024
Also customer care service number is not reachable and is integrated with auto tuning directives where no customer support executive come online.
Please help me getting my refund.
