The Shiprocket company always undelivered the product while remarking fake remark at NDR. Customercare also providing fake details and disconnect the call.
i started my new business and now i am having loss of 40000 today also same thing happened they undelivered my customer parcel remarking customer uncontactable then i called to my customer he claim that they are lying. Then i called to the customer care and told them for reattempt she also told me that product will re-deliver in 24-48 hours but again they initiate the RTO now account manager not accepting my call and also not replying for my mail.
This is not only my story you can check on playstore more than 10000 customer are facing same issue and no one is there for help.
Thats why now they are daring and making fools to the customer and charging.
