Toodlecase launcheda special Iphone cover for Christmas (Christmas tree pendant flip mirror case phone, which was purchased by me (Order No. 4632) on 15th Dec’22. They shipped a completely different cheap product. I immediately sent them mail for replacement or refund and they replied that the refund will be done on 16th Dec’22. After that there is no response. They charged me ₹1048 and sent a cheap cover (attached photo of cover sent by them).
