We booked a shipment with DTDC on July 17, 2023, intended for delivery to Raipur. Unfortunately, the shipment was not delivered as expected. We requested the return of the shipment, but we have not received any response from the DTDC branches in Khar, Andheri, and Sakinaka. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the branches over the past 10 days, we have not received any response.

We also sent an email to DTDC’s customer care, but we have not received a response from their side either. The shipment contains important documents that we urgently require. We have made multiple requests to DTDC for assistance, but our appeals seem to have been ignored.

We kindly request immediate attention to this matter. We are in urgent need of a solution and request that appropriate action be taken, including the possibility of pursuing legal measures against DTDC.
