Hi,
I have been following up for my shipment for the entire week and I have been bluffed by the company by giving incorrect statements and messages such as I have refused to accept the shipment and the company cancels the shipment to delivered it to my address.
I have been waiting for the package, after speaking to the customer support once they commit that the package will be delivered within 24 hours.
But I get the next message at night that I have refused to accept the package, though i ‘m waiting for it at the given address for the entire day.
Now, after regular follow ups they have suddenly come up with another statement that the package is gone back to the client and I have to follow up with the client without any notice.
This is insane and very very disappointing.
Kindly, let me know How do I get my shipment back.
The client firm is shutdown. So need to know WHERE IS MY SHIPMENT GONE???!
