1st feb got OTP but not shared but shipment shows as delivered, same day to till date i continousely contact to customer care and raised the complaint, no use yet shipment not received and money ,,, customer care executive asked to wait for 7days now they informed shipment already delivered ,as per their policy cant do anything also they not responding and not transfer my call to manager simply put on hold and disconnected, i claimed i called to courier person that person itself informed parcel with him only after that he dnt pick my call but that statement and courier person not , customer care person not able to ready to investigate, same template like IVR type they speaking, irritating , worst experience from meesho…meesho good but service bad
