I had placed an order on 25th August 2025 from Mi.com (Order No. 525082529324173301) which was shipped through Shipdelight Logistics with Tracking ID SHIP20000194257.
Mi.com showed the expected delivery date as 25th August 2025.
Shipdelight tracking showed the expected delivery date as 29th August 2025.
Today is 30th August 2025, and I have still not received the order.
I contacted Mi.com support on 29th August, and they asked me to wait until today, but no notification or delivery has been provided.
This delay is highly unprofessional and amounts to deficiency in service. Other logistics partners like BlueDart or Shiprocket provide much faster delivery.
