I had ordered Bluetooth speaker by paying Rs999 from shinesummer on 28th Apr 2020. On May 13th I got an sms from Ecom Express with the AWB number. Inspite of several follow-ups, Ecom Express didnot deliver the pacakge till 19th May. I had asked for their location so that I can go & collect the package but they insisted that it will be delivered shortly. On 20th may, I came to know that package has been returned to sender. By then shinesummer portal was shut & shinesummer had cheated many customers. If only Ecom Express had been honest and called me before retrurning the package, I would not have got cheated. I sent mail to Ecom Express and explained my ordeal & asked for sender address so that I can fight for my refund. Instead they only replied stating it has been returned to portal.
