I was booking hotel for shimla, from https://hotelrahatregencyshimla.business.site/ and I contacted them via the phone number that was available on the site and initially I paid 12000 and when I asked for the receipt they denied, I asked for the refund and they asked me to text them via paytm (same mode of payment I used earlier) for the refund of whatever amount I want …and also make the payment of 12000 more so that they have a merchant account and they need to show the entire cancellation procedure. Once is did, they told that it would take some time, after some time they told that it’s not happening and u need to text again with the same amount and in this way they some how deducted 1lakh 91 thousand rupees from my account
