I paid Krishna Rathi, the owner of Shilpshaala Rs. 9700 in advance, for a pair of silver couple’s wedding rings on March 25th, 2022. This was 2 months before my wedding. I kept asking for details or updates on the status of the rings as the dates grew closer, but he simply disappeared after that. Upon tagging his Instagram account in trying to get an update, he finally responded 2 days before the wedding, stating that the material needed for the order needed to come from the US. He promised delivery within 10 days, and disappeared again. I kept trying to contact him and it’s been over a year and he simply hasn’t refunded the money or sent me the products.
