I placed an order on 19th June with Shilpshaala. Filled a Google document & made payment of 950/-.
The company has since neither sent me the product not refunded the money. Calls are not picked. They are not on whatsApp. The mails are not replied. Mr. Krishna Rathi should be heavily penalised for jeopardizing so many small businesses because of his unethical practises in business..
