I have ordered a 8-layered shoe rack for 999 Rs. from SHIFTO 1 kg which was shown on Instagram ads on date (31-jan-2024). But today (06 Feb 2024), I received the worst product with 4 layer shoe with the least quality..there is no contact information on the packing box..Delivered by ekart my order id #STLC8000285420 invoice num #13261Please help me.. i want refund.. Online fraud..
