Hi,

i have requested for shifting of my fixed line broadband connection (Airtel) to a newer location which is just 50mtrs away from my existing location.

The reason i asked for shifting is because of the ongoing construction in my existing location.

So, I initiated the shifting request on 5th Dec 2022. But before proceeding for the shifting, it asked me to change the bill plan from 499/month to 799/month which i have agreed and requested on 3rd Dec 2022.

Till now (28th Dec 2022), the bill plan didn’t get change and due to this shifting was on HOLD!!!.

I have made N no.of calls for the customer care executive to shift my broadband connection, since the house is under construction, and I couldn’t be able to utilize it for my work.

I am fed up with the customer care executive giving me the answer that my previous order (Bill plan change) wasn’t completed due to which the shifting process couldn’t initiate.

So my question is, does Airtel need >20days of time to change the bill plan. Or do they have any high priority tasks to be handled for the company’s growth.

Please be responsive for the common man’s request and remember they’re not doing it for free.
