I have Tatasky ID 1278528417

I have shifted my residence from Vizag to Chennai. I have brought the set top box with me. I want to connect at Chennai. Recorded message at customer call no. 18002086633, 18001370777, 18605006633 did not guide me properly. Please advise me how to get my connection shifted to Chennai.My connection is also to be reactivated. Please do the needful.
