Dear Team,

Thank you for your pathetic service from the airtel customer support team regarding shifting of my broadband service to another area.
  • I have taken request for shifting the connection on 30th by airtel application. For same i have not received any reply from the team, hence I called 121.. All supervisor  agent’s committed wrong promises till 5 days. Daily I was getting same response of within 8 hours it will done. Within 3 o’clock within 4 hours. Even manager sachin also did wrong promises. We are trusting on your service and waiting for connection. But at last we got update as its not possible to shift. Iam really appreciate your horrible services. I will never go for your worst services in future. Now for this mistakes I need my complete money (wifi bill which i have paid ₹1178.82/-) to be refund. Iam not going to wait till 45dates..I need my complete money within 24hours. If you are not willing to refund my complete money revert me with your ceo email id and contact number. I requests you to hear all the call recordings to know the reality of airtel services, fake call back and followup promises, fake request resolution promises, hold times.
