I took the VIP service from Shaadi.com in which the consultant assigned to me was unavailable most of the time and when I talk to them and asked for the refund (which was communicated to me that I’ll get it if I won’t see results), these guys denied that and told me they won’t refund anything. So its a huge scam where they take huge amount of money from you but doesn’t provide any service, not does give the refund. Please do something about it as these companies are looting consumers.
