Text of Complaint by Micro Com Solutions Pvt LTD:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. and Sahara Airconditioners for their gross negligence, abhorrent conduct, and failure to provide satisfactory services in relation to my Daikin Split AC, which was purchased on May 21, 2023. I am deeply distressed by the multiple incidents of misconduct and incompetence exhibited by these companies, leaving me without a resolution to my ongoing concerns.

Since the initial installation of the AC, I have encountered numerous issues that have not been adequately addressed by Sahara Airconditioners, the appointed service contractor for Daikin. Despite my diligent efforts to report and seek resolution for these problems, their service engineer has consistently failed to rectify the persistent faults in the system, rendering it unfit for use.

Furthermore, during the previous service visit, the assigned engineer engaged in unethical practices, pressuring me to provide a work completion code under duress. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the subsequent threats of withholding future services if compliance was not met are utterly unacceptable and reflective of the unprofessional conduct displayed by Sahara Airconditioners.

To exacerbate matters, the AC unit malfunctioned shortly after the completion code was provided, and Sahara Airconditioners prematurely closed the case without delivering a satisfactory resolution. My subsequent attempts to obtain redress from Sahara Airconditioners and Daikin have been met with evasiveness and a lack of accountability, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned.

Most recently, during the visit today, I encountered a distressing situation where Mr. Afroz, an associate from Sahara Airconditioners, resorted to threats, abuse, and harassment when I insisted on a thorough assessment before providing the completion code. His appalling behavior demonstrates a complete disregard for customer concerns and a gross violation of professional ethics.

As a victim of these egregious actions, I hereby request your intervention and the initiation of legal proceedings against Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. and Sahara Airconditioners. Their consistent failure to deliver satisfactory services, coupled with the unprofessional conduct and harassment I have endured, necessitates swift and resolute action to safeguard consumer rights.

I implore the Consumer Forum to launch a comprehensive investigation into this matter, holding Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. and Sahara Airconditioners accountable for their negligence, breach of trust, and violation of consumer rights. I seek appropriate compensation for the mental anguish, inconvenience, and financial losses I have incurred as a direct result of their actions.

I trust that the Consumer Forum will approach this complaint with the utmost seriousness and urgency, working diligently to ensure justice is served and that such deplorable conduct is not allowed to persist within the industry. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and favorable resolution to restore my faith in the consumer protection system.
