Tata Play is least bothered for their customer. There intentions are only to make money, even if customer is suffering.
Due to lightning strike on my building terrace, my setup box and adaptor got shot. Also my wifi router was impacted.I got an replacement of router but tataplay is just raising their hands.
Damaged was done due to natural calamities and its tataplay responsibility to replace with the new one.
Complaint and many calls have been made, but nothing positive response from their side.
Such a shame that Tata Play us doing such things.
