Respected Sir/Madam

Sub.: Settlement issue with my SBI Credit Card and not issuance of No Dues Certificate

I was using a SBI CREDIT CARD for almost 8/10 years ending with 6674 valid till 06/20, however due to financial crises and with no job in hand I decided to settle the account and I got settlement letter (attached) from SBI CREDIT CARD in October 2018 from their legal department and I made first instalment of Rs. 5000/- in November 2018 and the balance amount payable in six instalments was made in one shot of 30000 after consulting their legal department person (then Mr. Manish) before making payment (my bank statement for that period cannot be attached for ready reference as this form allows only one attachment) in December 2018.
However, I am still to receive No Dues certificate even after repeated requests to their legal department person Mr. Manish who initiated my settlement and on the contrary I am still receiving bills and N number of calls from SBI CREDIT CARD and keeps on pressuring me to settle the account again. Even this days I am getting calls from them stating one time that my one time settlement letter was issued on 1st December 2018 which expired very next day this was informed to me by one Mr Krishna posted in Andheri, Mumbai branch. Again today one lady claiming to be Manager in Andheri, Mumbai branch said that the settlement letter was issued on 8th December 2018 whereas I made payment on 7th, and if any letter/s where again issued why they failed to send me the same.
Sir, I have already settled my account in 2018 and SBI CREDIT CARD failed to issue me No Dues certificate and didn’t close my account, and are telling that this is my fault of making payment in one shot.
Sir please help me in this matter and oblige.
Thanking you
Rakesh T. Bhatt
