I had changed new hd set top box of your esteemed company almost one year ago. I have faced some technical problem in it and signal issue. But that time, i was calling to your customer care department and they were sorted out the issue. But, few days ago same problem had occurred, I had again contacted to your customer care department, they had arranged technician visit. Your technician had visited and checked . He told me, your set top box not receiving signal, it need to replace with new one. I have shocked, Your company ‘s product is not more than year. It means your product not durable.
