Hi, I’ve been complaining about the Tata sky settop box not receiving signal since July 5/2020.The customer care executive says that we have forwarded your complaint. Work order number is 127jyhmun. The technician changed the STB,but yet the problem continues. We are told by the technician that new settop boxes are unavailable.
