Text of Complaint by Ansh Gupta:

On 8 August I purchased jio set top box from existing plan till now 31 August I do not receive the set top box and everybody just saying me to wait 48 hours 48 hours we will deliver them in most of the customer care calls they show that I received the setup box but I do not receive the set top box. They don not want to give me set top box. And this step is forced by jio team to go consumer court and file a case on jio. I have all the proff of payment and call recording and emails.
I hearbly again request you to deliver my set top box or refund my money back to my account of rupees 1180 for recharge and 1000 rupees of set top box total 2280. Till 31 August 2022. I really wait many days.
