Sir / Mam,
I Dilip V Page mob no 9371020995 , was charged wrongly for international roaming which made my balance negative. I complained for it on 20th Feb. they admitted their mistake and promised to revert the deducted amount.
But My services ware stopped
at no fault of mine ,I was made to suffer. when vodafone did the mistake why it should take take 24hrs to resolve it.
My services should have been activated without any delay and opolosised for the same ,instade my services ware stopped for 24 hrs.
I feel who so ever has done the mistake should be punished ,should be worned and I should be given one days credit to companset.
to keep the existing customer with vodafone i request you to do this or otherwise I will have to think of changing the sevice provider,and that will be because of vodafone not taking care to satisfy the mobile user in any sense. the service is also not remained great anymore.
Hope to get the reply soon and the action needed would be taken.
