This is to inform you guys that I have been calling customer care regarding my bill issue. I was charged extra amount of 2499 which I haven’t asked for.

I have complained like 10 times. Everytime I called, I was being told that my issue will b sorted in the next 72 hours. It has been a month and today finally you guys have stopped my outgoing calls. I am not able to even call you people.

If I can pay you an amount of Rs 9796 then u people can understand I can pay you the amount of Rs 3813. But I have been wrongly charged this amount and I am complaining since last month. But you people have not taken a single step yet. And today another bill came and you have disconnected my outgoing services.

This is the service you provide to your customers. In this way you boast of being India’s no.1 network? You people have just stalled me. Why don’t you guys check your database and see how many times have I called regarding this matter. Few days back again I had called but what u people did? You said it will be sorted in 72 hours. Did u sort? You stopped my services.

Shame on your network. Shame on your services.

Just start my services and look into this matter again and again I am saying.
