On date 27.09.2018 i have around 167rs in my balance
Also i have plan for unlimited calling and daily 1.4gb data
But today i surprised beacause i got msg for 49+25 rs has been deduct from your account
I havn’t subscribe anything
And my balance is 24 rs
I call cc then found
Following deductions from my balance without any intimation and no any msg receive against deduction
27.09.2018 8.50 rs for misscall information
29.09.2018 36 rs for caller tune
08.10.2018 49+25 rs for dance dhamaka
17.10.2018 49+25 rs for dance dhamaka
I didn’t activate anything from above list also i didn’t got any msg for activate this type of service otherwise i had been stop on same day
Today i receive one msg and i have stop the pack and i got refund
But still around 100rs pending to refund because of more then 24hrs time cc can’t to refund..
So want to request you to
Kindly refund my money ASAP
