i had a bill of 2800 for which i got an offer to pay the due amount on a particular date and get a discount of 30%, which i did, the amount asked to pay was rupees 1966 and i paid 1970. now they have given me a discount of 15% and rest 15% is still pending, tried getting in touch with customer care and backend team, recovery team but everyone is playing games here and tossing me to one or the other department. i humbly plee for the quick action on my case as the no is of utmost importance to me.
