Since the day when Airtel internet has proved themself better than other carriers….the consumer support has been getting worst day by day.
No network at my home at all but it comes in balcony…considering the area issue you have to give this an excuse but now its upon DTH as since you building has a common satellite unit…..you are not eligible to get the dish but still you have to pay for it and now its when you relocate you have to pay additional for the fitting of the dish as Rs. 250/-…. This is the legal way of make a fraud but if you still you wont get the dish for that you any how have to relocate for it even though you pay for it.
