I have got got my simcard replaced from the Vodafone gallery day before yesterday 8:00 pm and was informed it will start working within 6 hours which only started working after 24 hrs.after me calling customer service at least 20 times after which I got to know that the messaging service is not working which according to Vodafone is normal …I make 20 more calls after that which didn’t help..spoke to assistant manager Akshay from customer service who asked to wait for 24 hrs.on which I asked to get his manager on the line to my surprise I am on the same call now for 60 minutes now while typing this complaint and he’s simply placed me on hold waiting for me to disconnect… sending you the screenshot
